The Fashionista Closet will not be responsible for any loss/damage of items during delivery.
Colors of the product may have a slight difference due to the lighting.
The measurements provided are mostly accurate, in some case there will be a slight difference of 1-2cm.
Payment must be made to POSB Savings 209-48630-0 within 24 hours for POSB/DBS, 2 working days from other banks, unless otherwise agreed upon, or they will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
The order will not be processed if The Fashionista Closet does not receive any amount/insufficient amount for the order made.
Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
Exchange of goods only applies if the wrong item is received.
If goods are found to have defects, no refund is available. However, defective goods can exchange for another item of same charges.
Goods returned must be in good condition. If there are signs of washing, altering & tampering, the exchange cannot be made.
Items availability runs on a first pay, first serve basis.
All dead-buyers will be blacklisted from our website and from future purchases.
